Her Bio: My name is Nikki Napalm. I’m 25 years old, and currently live in Southern California. I’m very much a part of the tiki culture and rockabilly scene, a big fan of redheaded men, and a bit of a horror movie and sci-fi nerd, haha. I live a life of good clean fun; I have never drank alcohol, done drugs, smoked a cigarette, or posed nude before, and I don’t plan to. I’m a makeup artist, alternative pin-up model, and fashion designer. My goal is to use my skills to become a triple threat in the Los Angeles entertainment and fashion industries. Events: Lately I’ve been spending my time finishing up my general education courses so I can obtain my degree, working my day job at the diner, and attending rockabilly music events and car shows here on the lovely west coast. 2011 has been a busy year so far. I was a finalist in the Grand National Roadster Show Pin-Up Contest in January. In February, I recently won the title of “Miss Congeniality” at the Lake Havasu Rockabilly Reunion (facebook.com/RockabillyReunion) for being the “sweetest, most friendly and helpful pin-up…the one everyone just can’t hate because she’s so nice and positive!” I also won 1st place in the Don the Beachcomber Pin-Up contest and was crowned Miss February by Celeste Cartier (facebook.com/Celeste-Cartier-Vocalist)! I’m looking forward to attending Ink N’ Iron Festival, where I may be a contestant on stage in their pin-up contest! I’m still trying to decide if I am going to Viva Las Vegas.
Charity: The greatest news of all this year is that I’ll be featured in the Cuties For a Cause (facebook.com/cutiesforacause) pin-up calender for 2011 as Miss June 🙂 This year, the Cuties are supporting the Horses for sale in Australia Office & San Diego Animal Support Foundation (facebook.com/San-Diego-Animal-Support-Foundation), and our calendar is going to feature a girl with a different animal each month! I’m going to keep my set a secret until the calender comes out, but I highly recommend keeping an eye out for it 😉
Cars: My favorite cars are the long, low, loud, late 50’s model luxury cars…the ones that pushed the envelope with design. I love almost all the cars made in between 1957 and 1959 by Chrysler, Dodge, De Soto, Plymouth, Lincoln, Cadillac and Buick. I love clean straight lines and big pointed fins! If there was one car in particular I’d say was my “dream car”, it would have to be a 1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III. I love the double headlights, the power rear window, and color choices the car was available in.
In closing I just want to say to keep an eye out for me! I haven’t been aggressive or even assertive with modeling since my first photoshoot 6 years ago with Jason Holmes (facebook.com/Jason-Holmes-Productions) of Retro Dolls Photography (retrodolls.com), but I feel that it’s time that I amp it up a bit. I look forward to meeting all of you in person at the fantastic events that Southern California has to offer! If you see me, you can buy me a shirley temple…extra cherries, please!
